PM Narendra Modi’s Second Appeal In 24 Hours: For the second time in 24 hours, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed for saving petrol and diesel, not buying gold for a year, not traveling abroad, work from home.
New Delhi. Referring to the West Asia war crisis, for the second time in 24 hours, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon the people of the country to save petrol and diesel, car pooling and use other public transport including metro, use EV vehicles, not buying gold for a year, not traveling abroad, work from home and running online classes in schools. On the occasion of the inauguration of Sardardham Hostel in Vadodara, Gujarat, Prime Minister Modi said, even in earlier decades, whenever the country has gone through war or any other major crisis, every citizen has fulfilled his responsibility on the appeal of the government. Even today there is a need for all of us to fulfill our responsibilities together. Reduce the burden on the country’s resources.

Modi said, we have to make every small and big effort to reduce the use of such products which come from abroad and also avoid such personal work which involves expenditure of foreign currency. In the last few years, the world is continuously going through unstable situations. First the Corona crisis, then global economic challenges, and now increasing tension in West Asia. All these circumstances are continuously affecting the entire world and India is also not untouched by this. If the Corona epidemic was the biggest crisis of this century, then the situation created by war in West Asia is one of the biggest crises of this decade.

The Prime Minister said, when we fight Corona together, we will definitely overcome this crisis. The government is also continuously trying to ensure that it has minimal impact on the people of the country. But at such a time, the country is in great need of the power of public participation. We have to give priority to our duty as citizens of India. Earlier on Sunday also, PM Modi had made a similar appeal to the countrymen.
