Playoff qualification scenario of Delhi and Punjab

To reach the playoffs, Delhi will now have to win both its remaining matches at any cost. If the team loses even one match, it will be out. If Delhi wins both the matches, it will have 14 points but even after this it will have to depend on the results of other teams.

Whereas the situation in Punjab seems a little easier. The team still has 3 matches left and will have to win at least 2 matches. If this happens then Punjab will have 17 points and the team will easily reach the playoffs. Even if Punjab wins only 1 match in its remaining 3 matches, it will still have a chance. But for this Punjab will have to depend on the results of other teams.
