Pune’s giant Adinath Agro now becomes Adinova; New identity with Surabhi and Vin sauce will create a stir in the market

Adinath Agro Rebranding As Adinova: Pune’s famous company Adinath Agro Processed Foods Private Limited, which has made its mark in the Indian kitchen through popular brands like Surabhi and Winn, today unveiled its new corporate identity. The company has officially changed its name to Adinova.

The company has adopted its new name, new logo and digital identity from 7 May 2026. This change is not limited to just the name, but it is a big step for the company towards becoming a national challenger from a regional giant.

The foundation of Adinath Agro was laid in Pune about four decades ago. The company had revolutionized the onion-garlic free ketchup category in the country with the Surbhi brand. Today the company’s portfolio includes over 250 products (SKUs) including ketchup, Chinese sauces, mayonnaise, Italian sauces, noodles, soups and a variety of condiments. After establishing its presence in the HoReCa sector, the Win brand has now expanded rapidly in the retail market as well.

Double increase in company’s revenue

The company has doubled its revenue in the last three years. Based on its state-of-the-art manufacturing unit spread over 30 acres in Jejuri, Maharashtra, the company has spread its distribution network across India. Amidst the growing demand on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, the name Adinova reflects the company’s modern thinking and ability to expand. Company MD Rajesh Gandhi said that the spirit of Adinath will now live on with more confidence in the form of Adinova.

What does Adinova mean?

The company’s biggest strength is its deep understanding of Indian flavors and direct connect with farmers. According to CEO Chandan Polekar, the word Adi symbolizes the roots and purity of the company, while Nova reflects innovation and new categories of the future.

Company released new logo

The new logo of the company has been designed in Forest Green and Harvest Gold colors. ‘A’ The golden rays of the sun rising above the letter indicate abundance and renewal. This new design will look equally effective on B2B trade and direct to consumer packages.
