NEET UG exam cancelled… Future of more than 22 lakh students at stake; Now CBI will investigate the paper leak

New Delhi/Jaipur: The biggest news of this time is coming regarding the country’s biggest medical entrance examination ‘NEET UG 2026’. Once again the exam paper conducted by NTA has been leaked. The paper leak has ruined the hard work of more than 22 lakh students. The National Testing Agency (NTA) of the exam leak has decided to cancel the NEET UG 2026 exam. Now CBI will investigate this entire black game.

The NEET UG examination held across the country on May 3 is now surrounded by controversies. What was initially considered a rumor, turned out to be a bitter truth during the SOG investigation of Rajasthan Police. Investigation has revealed that out of the 180 questions of the ‘guess paper’ which had gone viral before the examination, about 120 to 150 questions appeared exactly in the main examination.

The surprising thing is that 30 questions of Chemistry and 90 questions of Biology directly matched with the leaked paper. Investigation revealed that the set of questions was leaked even before the paper was printed.

Accepting this rigging, NTA has canceled the examination. The agency says that although this will cause inconvenience to students and parents, canceling the examination was the only way to maintain trust in the system. Now the responsibility of exposing this entire syndicate has been handed over to CBI.

If you or someone in your family had appeared in this examination, then these three things are very important for you to know:

1. No repeat form: You do not need to apply afresh.
2. No extra fees: You will not be charged any examination fee again, but the process of refunding the first fee will also start.
3. Old Registration: Your old registration and chosen examination center will remain valid.

22 lakh students had the dream of becoming doctors, but the paper leak mafia has blurred that dream for the time being. Now everyone’s eyes are on the CBI investigation and new dates to be announced by NTA.

NTA has appealed that students should avoid rumors on social media and trust only the official website.
