After this revelation, users on social media also expressed happiness that even today words of gratitude are at the top in the digital world.
Not ‘I Love You’, ‘Thank You’ becomes number-1 word
Whenever people think of the most translated words on Google Translate, words like “I Love You” usually come to mind. But Google’s figures surprised everyone.
According to the company, ‘Thank You’ has made the record of becoming the most translated word in the last 20 years. Google celebrated this achievement by showing ‘Thank You’ in multiple languages through a special visual.
Google Translate started in 2006
Google Translate was launched in the year 2006. In the initial phase it worked only at the basic level, but with time there were major changes in it.
Today, with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), this platform understands the context of words, sentence structure and tone of conversation better. This is the reason why now it has become not just a translation tool, but a digital medium that connects language and emotions.
Supports hundreds of languages
Google Translate now supports hundreds of languages from around the world. With its help, people not only translate words but have also been able to make communication in different languages easier.
Google says that this technology is no longer limited to just changing the language, but is also helping people express their emotions in the right way.
New AI feature in Google Translate
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary, Google has also added a new AI-powered Pronunciation Practice feature in Google Translate.
With the help of this feature, users will be able to learn not only the translation of words but also their correct pronunciation. For this, users will have to tap on the Pronounce button.
This feature will analyze the user’s voice and tell how correct his pronunciation is. At present this facility has been made available for Hindi, English and Spanish languages in India and America.
