Tamil Nadu government has entrusted important responsibility to Radhan Pandit. Ricky Radhan Pandit has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (Political) to Chief Minister Thalapathy Vijay. According to the order issued by the government, the appointment of Radhan Pandit will be effective from the date of assuming charge. Radhaan Pandit Thalapathy is Vijay’s personal astrologer and Vijay often consults him for astrological advice.

The government order also said that the terms and conditions regarding the appointment of Radhan Pandit will be issued separately. Radhan Pandit is very famous in the field of astrology in Tamil Nadu. He has about 40 years of experience in astrology. Many prominent political personalities of Tamil Nadu go to Rikki Radhan Pandit for astrological advice. It is said that late former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa also took astrological consultation from Rikki Radhan Pandit. It is noteworthy that Rikki Radhan Pandit, based on his astrology, had announced the bright future of Thalapathy Vijay even before the elections. He had said that TVK will get a bumper victory in the elections.

After the elections, when Thalapathy Vijay was struggling to gather majority to form the government, he still went to Rikki Radhan Pandit.
