In view of this, on Monday, Anish Shah also gave a big statement supporting the Prime Minister’s appeal regarding energy saving. Why did PM Modi appeal to save fuel?

In his speech, he asked citizens to use metro services more, adopt carpooling, move towards electric vehicles and work from home wherever possible. Along with this, the Prime Minister also appealed to increase parcel transport through rail, postpone foreign travel for a year and avoid buying gold.

Welcoming the Prime Minister’s appeal, Anish Shah said, “At a time when the world is facing increasing energy instability, these measures underline the importance of responsible consumption and long-term sustainability.” He also emphasized that the present time is a big opportunity for India to move rapidly towards cleaner and more efficient energy system. Mahindra Group is already making major investments in the electric mobility and renewable energy sectors.

Will focus increase on electric vehicles?
