Who is the Chief Minister of Kerala? KC Venugopal’s name included in the list of contenders

New Delhi. The Congress Legislature Party meeting could not be held even a week after the results of the Kerala Assembly elections. The tussle continues over the Chief Minister’s chair. On the other hand, KC Venugopal, close to Rahul Gandhi, is presenting his claim for the Chief Minister of Kerala, while on the other hand, veteran Congress leader VD Satheesan is also presenting his claim. In such a situation, a round of meetings is going on from Thiruvananthapuram to Delhi and till now no decision has been taken.

It is being told that a meeting regarding this was held in Delhi on Tuesday, in which Rahul Gandhi was also present. He met former Kerala Congress presidents to seek their opinion for the CM. Now it is being said that an announcement can be made by Wednesday morning. Not only this, some sources say that Mallikarjun Kharge is coming to Delhi in the evening. After this there will be a meeting with Sonia Gandhi, after which the name will be announced.

These are the contenders for CM’s chair

KC Venugopal is in the race as the first contender for CM. He is being considered the strongest contender because KC Venugopal is very close to the top leadership of the party. He has a very strong hold on the party organization. He is continuously meeting the MLAs and gathering their support so that he can appear to have the upper hand.

. On the other hand, VD Satheesan is also putting forward his claim strongly. Attacked the LDF government very aggressively during the elections. Because of him, there was enthusiasm among the party workers and UDF was able to reach this victory.
