Materials:

  • sago
  • curd
  • salt
  • Green chillies
  • cumin
  • sugar
  • Coriander
  • potato
  • ghee
  • Pomegranate seeds

Action:

  • To make curd sago, first of all, take sago in a bowl and wash it with clean water. After that, soak the sago in water for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Drain the water from the soaked sago and keep the sago loose in a colander.
    Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies and saute it. Then thin slices of cooked potato in it

  • Fry the potato well in ghee. This will give the potato a wonderful taste.
  • Then add soaked sago and mix well on low flame. Then turn off the gas.
  • Take curd in a bowl and beat it well. Add salt as per taste to the beaten curd. Then add the cooled sago mixture and mix well.
  • Then top with coriander and pomegranate seeds and serve to eat.
