A total of 268 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. NALCO has announced to start a new recruitment process for the youth preparing for government jobs. According to the notification issued by the company, recruitment will be done on various posts of non-executive category. The application process will be completely conducted in online mode and candidates will be able to fill the form by visiting the official website within the scheduled dates.

10th, ITI, Diploma and BSc pass candidates can apply
To apply for NALCO Recruitment 2026, the candidate must have passed 10th from a recognized board. Along with this, qualification of ITI, Diploma or BSc in the relevant trade or discipline has been sought. Educational qualification has been decided according to different posts.
Talking about age limit, the maximum age of the candidates has been fixed between 27 to 35 years as per the post. Age will be calculated considering the last date of application. Age relaxation will also be provided to reserved category candidates as per government rules.
Selection will be done on the basis of CBT and medical test
Under the recruitment process, candidates will be selected through Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates successful in the examination will be called for medical fitness test in the next stage. Candidates who qualify all the stages will be given final appointment.

General, OBC (NCL) and EWS category candidates will have to deposit Rs 100 as application fee. Whereas SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Serviceman, Internal and land ouste category candidates have been given exemption in application fee. Candidates of these categories will be able to apply for free.
