Especially he clearly explained the whole matter of unfollowing cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal on Instagram. Mahvash said, ‘People make a big deal out of small things without any reason.’

He told how his relationship was with Chahal. Mehvash openly said that after Chahal’s divorce, she used to go everywhere with him because at that time Chahal was very depressed and was even thinking of committing suicide. But later there was an argument between the two on some small matter and due to this they unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Fight with family and toxic relationship at the age of 19

Mahvash told that when she was only 19 years old, she had a big fight with her family to get engaged to her boyfriend. She had clearly told her family that if she did not marry this person, she would run away from home. At that time, she was so deeply in love that she considered that person her whole world. Mahvash met this person in Aligarh through Facebook. He was quite popular in Aligarh, very good looking and liked Mahvash very much. Mahvash had full faith in him. But gradually everything started changing.

Frequent cheating and panic attacks

Mahvash painfully told that the man had cheated many times, but every time Mahvash forgave him. Due to this toxic relationship, Mahvash’s condition became very bad. He started having panic attacks again and again. Many times he also had to be admitted to the hospital. But she was not able to tell anything to the family because she had fought with her family for this very person. Mahvash says, ‘How can I tell at home that the person for whom I fought with my family is cheating on me.’

The most shocking thing was that the man was already married. His wife was pregnant, yet he was cheating with other girls. Eventually she got divorced. Mahvash told that when she told about her poor mental health and panic attacks to her boyfriend, his reply was very heart-wrenching. He said, ‘What if your family comes to know that you are a mental patient? Hearing this, Mahvash was deeply shocked. That day Mahvash had decided that she would keep herself completely well.

That difficult time became the turning point

Mahvash further said that God above protects every person from every difficulty. He described this entire toxic relationship and dark phase as the turning point of his personality growth. After going through this difficult period, she has become much stronger today. To get out of that bad phase, he left Aligarh. She continued her studies in Mass Communication and came to Delhi. She never wanted to face that person. Mahvash told that it was very important for her to come from Aligarh to Delhi because that toxic relationship left a deep impact on her and she even kept herself locked in a room. She was not able to express her problems to her siblings. But at such times his friends supported him a lot.
