Yogi Adityanath: ‘If you want to offer Namaz, do it in shifts, otherwise…’ CM Yogi Adityanath’s big warning on Namaz

Yogi Adityanath News Marathi : Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath He has strongly criticized the issue of street prayers in the state in the wake of Bakrid festival. The Chief Minister said that if you want to offer Namaz, offer it in shifts. If they are ready with love, fine; Otherwise, we will adopt another method. The Chief Minister made this statement during a program in the state capital Lucknow.

The Chief Minister said, “People ask me, ‘Sir, in your state, in Uttar Pradesh, are prayers not actually offered on the streets?’ I say, absolutely not. You go and see, it doesn’t happen. Roads are meant for walking, otherwise someone will come to the square and make a mess? What right do they have to block the road? What is the right to obstruct traffic? Go and pray wherever it is appropriate.”

‘Perform namaz in shifts’

Chief Minister Yogi added, “They asked me, ‘Sir, how will it be? We have a large number.'” We said, ‘Do it in shifts. If you don’t have room in your house, control the number. If you don’t have the capacity, why are the numbers being increased?’ And if you want to live by the system, don’t forget to start following those rules and regulations.”

‘Law equal for all’

The chief minister added, “There will be rule of law. We will apply rule of law equally to all. Namaz must be offered. You can offer namaz in shifts. We will not stop it. But not on the road. We will not allow the road to be blocked for common citizens, sick persons, workers, employees, professionals. Government rules are universal. They apply equally to all.”

‘If they agree with love, fine, otherwise the other way’

He said, “We said, brother, we will not allow this to happen. We will not allow chaos on the streets. If they agree with love, fine. If they do not agree, then we will adopt another method. Dialogue is our job. You agree to dialogue, not through dialogue, but try with struggle. In Bareilly, people tried their hands. They saw the power. That’s why the government has to connect the whole system to those mechanisms.”
