The driver present during the testing refused to give details related to the car, but the overall silhouette of the car has confirmed that it is Chery iCar V23. Here are the key leaked exterior features of the JSW Chery iCar V23:

  • Round shaped LED headlights and high bonnet give a classic look at the front.
  • The side profile features square wheel arches and large alloy wheels (19 to 21 inches).

  • Flush door handles and horizontal LED taillamps integrated into the bumper.

Powerful battery and 510 km range

At the same time, its RWD variant can get a battery of 59.93 kWh, which will give a range of about 401 kilometers. To make charging easy, this vehicle supports DC fast charging up to 104 kW.

Price, competition and when will it be launched?

This mid-size lifestyle electric SUV can be assembled at JSW Motors’ plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). Due to heavy localization, its starting ex-showroom price is expected to be less than Rs 20 lakh. After entering the Indian market, it will compete with powerful vehicles like Hyundai Creta Electric, Tata Curve EV, Mahindra BE 6 and Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara. It is being speculated that JSW Motors may officially launch this powerful EV for sale in the market in early 2027.
