Banned terrorist organization ‘Al Badr’ The news of the killing of Arjmand Gulzar alias Burhan Hamza, one of the key commanders of (Al Badr), is coming to the fore. Hamza was the mastermind of the Pulwama attack in 2019. He was included in the most wanted list of security agencies. Terrorist Arjmand was originally a resident of Pulwama district of South Kashmir, who was living in Pakistan for the last 7 years.
