Laborer was repairing the airport, lost his balance, fell from 30 feet height

Let us tell you that on Thursday morning a laborer was repairing the roof of Raipur Swami Vivekananda Airport, during which he lost his balance and fell from a height of 30 feet.

Questions raised on security arrangements

It is reported that the worker has suffered serious injuries after falling from such a height and has been admitted to the hospital. According to the information, the condition of the person is said to be critical, after which questions have started being raised regarding the security arrangements of the workers at the airport. Along with this, the negligence of the contractor is also being said to be responsible for the condition of the workers.

There was chaos in the area

People present at the incident site say that the man was repairing the ceiling of the waiting room area inside the airport, when the accident occurred and he fell straight onto the concrete floor below. There was chaos in the area after the accident and the laborer was immediately admitted to the hospital. According to the doctor, the condition of the laborer is very serious and he has been kept under observation. The surprising thing is that while repairing the ceiling, the worker was not wearing any equipment like safety belt, after which questions have been raised on the airport management.

Investigation into the case started

After the incident, the police has started investigating the matter and efforts are being made to find out who gave permission to the laborer to work at such a height without safety arrangements.
