Although the two chefs come from different culinary backgrounds, both emphasize sustainability and the use of locally sourced ingredients. Many of the ingredients featured in the collaboration are grown in their own gardens, including Nén Farm and Evergreen Garden.
The event will take place at Madame Son, located within Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, and showcase a contemporary Vietnamese fine dining experience shaped by the chefs’ different culinary perspectives.
