Terror of thieves continues in Dhanrua, closed house targeted for third day

Dhanrua:- Questions have been raised on the working style of the police due to theft incident being reported for the third consecutive day in Dhanrua police station area of ​​Masaurhi sub-division. Fearless thieves are continuously targeting closed houses and openly challenging the police. The latest case is of Mustafapur village of Dhanrua police station area, where unknown thieves broke the lock of the house and stole cash and jewellery.

According to the information received, Nivesh Prasad Singh, resident of Mustafapur, currently lives in Kolkata with his family. On Monday morning the villagers called his father and informed him that the lock of the main door of the house was broken. According to the victim, two briefcases and a small box kept in the house were missing. After a lot of search, both the briefcase and the box were found lying in the garden on the western side of the house, with the clothes in them thrown out. Information about the incident has been given to Dhanrua police station. The victim has given a written application demanding investigation and action into the matter. There is an atmosphere of fear and anger among the people of the area due to the continuous incidents of theft. Villagers say that the morale of thieves is continuously increasing in Dhanrua area and the police is failing to curb the incidents of theft. Local people have demanded to increase night patrolling and early disclosure of theft incidents.
