‘PM Modi is afraid of Gen-Z…’, Rahul Gandhi’s big attack on CBSE result controversy, IT cell also targeted
These days, political heat is at its peak regarding the irregularities taking place in the examinations in the country and the political turmoil is showing no sign of stopping. The issue of NEET paper leak had not yet been completely calmed down, now serious questions have started being raised regarding the CBSE Class 12th result and its On-Screen Marking (OSM) evaluation system. Now on this very sensitive issue, opposition leader Rahul Gandhi has directly attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Rahul Gandhi, while sharing a long post on social media platform X (earlier Twitter), targeted the policies and system of the central government. He clearly alleged that the duo of PM Modi and Education Minister Pradhan has turned another prestigious institution of the country into a symbol of rigging.
For the first time in decades, such serious questions were raised on CBSE.
In his post, Rahul Gandhi expressed deep concern about the questions being raised on the credibility of CBSE. He wrote that for the first time in decades in history, such big and serious questions are being raised on the fairness of CBSE board exams. This year, about 18.5 lakh children had appeared for the board exams, but for the last one week, complaints of on-screen marking (OSM), wrong marking and huge irregularities in checking of copies have been continuously coming to the fore. Expressing grief, Rahul said that these complaints of lakhs of children have gone completely unheard and the Education Minister of the country is clinging to his chair despite knowing everything.
Accused of trolling the student who raised the issue of wrong copy checking
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took the ruling party to task by citing the example of a student who was a victim of wrongly checking the copy. He told that when an innocent child of only 17 years, whose board copy was wrongly examined, came on social media with the hope of justice against the injustice done to him, instead of getting help from the system, he had to face only abuses and harassment.
Rahul further alleged that in order to suppress the voice of the victim student, the IT cell of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) called him “anti-national” (traitor), “agent of George Soros” and even part of the “deep state” on social media. He sarcastically said that actually PM Modi and his government are afraid of this new generation of the country i.e. ‘Gen-Z’, who knows how to raise their voice for their rights.
