Also, he does not like boiled food. Apart from this, he also eats only 1 spoon of rice. Besides, to keep the body fit, we also sweat for hours in the gym.

What does Salman Khan eat?

Salman told that he keeps high amount of protein in his diet. We try to fulfill the amount of protein required by the body. For this he eats chicken, eggs or other high-protein things. He also said that he eats very little rice. Many times we complete our meal with just one spoon of rice. At the same time, they also maintain distance from eating bread to a great extent.

Salman Khan works out daily. He spends 20 to 1 hour daily in the gym. That’s why he remains so fit at the age of 60. To stay fit, Bhaijaan does each set of exercises at least 20 times. Apart from this, he does 10 different exercises at a time.

Is it right to give up carbs completely?

According to health experts, giving up carbohydrates i.e. rice and roti completely is not considered right for everyone. The body needs good carbs for energy. The problem arises when people start eating excessively refined and oily things. Doctors say that eating rice or roti in small portions along with protein and fiber can be a better way. This provides essential nutrition to the body and also helps in controlling weight.
