CM Vijay reached Delhi for the first time after becoming the Chief Minister, met PM Modi
New Delhi. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. There was a meeting between the two leaders in the Prime Minister’s Office. It is being said that along with the formal talks between the two leaders, the development of Tamil Nadu was also discussed. This meeting between the two leaders lasted for about 20 minutes.

Media reports said that CM Vijay thanked PM Modi for recently bringing back ancient copper strips from Holland. He also spoke to the PM on the sensitive issue of Karnataka’s announcement of a dam project at Mekedatu. Due to this dam, the availability of water in the low-lying areas of his state will be affected.
