The court has sought an affidavit from the Central Government in this matter, which should have complete details as to what reforms should be implemented in NTA so that the NEET exam can be made safe. At the same time, the Central Government has assured the Supreme Court that appropriate action will be taken in this matter and said that PM Narendra Modi himself is monitoring this matter.

The Supreme Court asked why papers are being leaked again and again? Responsibility for this will have to be fixed. We cannot leave the students like this. Justice P.S. The bench of Justice Narasimha and Justice Alok Aradhe has directed the Central Government and NTA to present their action plan within six weeks. The committee admitted before the court that there was a severe shortage of domain experts in the examination system. During the hearing in the court, former ISRO chairman Dr. K.
