Modi government has retreated from accountability, shameful negligence in NEET and CBSE examination process has broken the trust of lakhs of students and parents: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi. Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, has launched a major attack on the Modi government at the Center through a letter, as the problems of the people are increasing and uncertainty is deepening across the world. Modi Government has retreated from its responsibility towards the public. The shameful negligence of the government in the NEET and CBSE examination process has broken the confidence of lakhs of students and parents. This has also proved that the government does not care about the future of India. Meanwhile, rising fuel prices and increasing instability in Middle East Asia are placing even greater burdens on working families already struggling to make ends meet.

Exam prepared against one’s own students

Rahul Gandhi expressed sympathy for the lakhs of students who worked day and night for NEET, but the government cheated them. He said that BJP has systematically worked to destroy the education system by filling it with unqualified RSS loyalists. This has resulted in 80 paper leak incidents in just one decade. Rahul Gandhi demanded the Prime Minister to seek resignation from Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan who is shirking his responsibilities and send those responsible for the paper leak to jail. He also spoke to a family whose child had committed suicide due to a paper leak.

Rahul Gandhi said that he stands with lakhs of students and parents whose future is in danger due to the rigging in CBSE Class 12 examinations. He said that a company named COEMPT, which was earlier blacklisted for similar irregularities in Telangana, was given the CBSE contract. Rahul Gandhi raised some important questions: Who gave the CBSE contract to the blacklisted company COEMPT? Which processes were ignored? Why is the Prime Minister silent? Rahul Gandhi also demanded an independent judicial inquiry and formation of SIT.

Economic storm is coming

Rahul Gandhi warned that an economic storm is looming over India, and the government is not at all prepared for it. While on one hand Prime Minister Modi is advising citizens to drive less, not buy gold and avoid traveling abroad, on the other hand he himself is busy making reels with Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and is oblivious of the increasing problems in the country. Rahul Gandhi strongly criticized this PR stunt of the Prime Minister and said that when the prices of fuel and fertilizers are continuously increasing, industries are at a standstill, and farmers are in poor condition, then the government’s focus is only on photo-ops.
