Captain Shardul gave the third over of Tigers MWS innings to Omkar Tarmale.

In Mumbai T20 League Omkar Tarmale became only the second bowler to do so

On the very second ball of the over, Omkar Tarmale dismissed Varun Lawande on the personal score of 10 runs. After this, he sent Akash Anand to the pavilion on the second ball. After this, Omkar Tarmale completed his hat-trick by getting Ajit Yadav out LBW on the next ball. In this match, Omkar took 3 wickets for just 20 runs in his 4 over spell. Omkar Tarmale is only the second bowler in the history of Mumbai T20 League to achieve the feat of taking a hat-trick. Tigers scored 172 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs. Opener Jai Bista played an inning of 56 runs for the team.
