He had said- ‘One night suddenly at 3 o’clock I started feeling restless and also vomited blood. I was advised to be admitted to the hospital. It was a case of chronic food poisoning. But there was an emergency. Initially I was admitted in ICU for 5-6 days.

Nihalani had further said, ‘When I came out of the ICU, I thought that I would go home in 2-3 days, but my temperature did not come down for a long time. He had told that it was becoming difficult for the doctors to make the correct diagnosis, due to which the scope of investigation increased and the entire family was worried.
