Moscow. Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to North Korea on June 8-9 at the invitation of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) gave this information on Friday. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi visited Pyongyang on April 9-10.
Kim Jong Un had visited China at the invitation of President Jinping to participate in special events from September 2-4 last year to mark the 80th anniversary of China’s victory in the war against Japan.
