A candidate returning home after taking TGT exam died in a tragic road accident on Thursday in Phulpur police station area of Prayagraj district. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police reached the spot and sent the injured youth to the hospital, but he died on the way while being taken for treatment. The incident has created chaos among the family members.
According to Ganganagar Deputy Commissioner of Police Kuldeep Singh Gunawat, the deceased has been identified as Neeraj Saroj (35), son of Lal Bahadur Saroj, resident of Purani Machli city located in Sikrara police station area of Jaunpur district. According to preliminary information, Neeraj came to Prayagraj on Thursday on a motorcycle to appear for the TGT exam.
After the examination was over he was returning to his home. Meanwhile, his motorcycle suddenly went out of control and fell on the road near Babuganj market of Phulpur police station area. The accident was so serious that Neeraj suffered serious injuries to his head and other parts of the body.
As soon as information about the incident was received, Phulpur police station reached the spot and sent the injured to Swarooprani Nehru Hospital for immediate treatment. However, he died on the way before reaching the hospital. Doctors declared him dead upon reaching the hospital.
The police have taken the body into their custody and after filling the Panchnama, have sent it for post-mortem. As soon as information about the incident was received, the family members of the deceased also reached Prayagraj. Due to the untimely death of the young man, there is mourning in the family and the family members are in bad condition, crying.
The police is investigating the matter Initially, the accident is being said to have occurred due to the bike falling out of control, however, all aspects of the accident are being investigated.
