5 big revelations from the charge sheet in Nashik TCS case, Nida Khan confessed the truth about Namaz training!

Mumbai: The police charge sheet in the case of sexual harassment and forced conversion related to TCS office in Nashik has revealed many shocking things. The main accused Nida Khan has confessed his crime before the police. Investigation revealed that the conspiracy for conversion was hatched in the office café.

1. Nida Khan confessed, she herself gave training in Namaz   

Nida Khan, who initially misled the police, finally admitted that she was the one who taught the victim to offer Namaz. She took the police to her house and also showed them the room where she used to call the victim and give her training.

2. Tausif cited Ajmer   

According to the statement of the victim, accused Tausif Attar tried to take advantage of her personal situation. He said that if you do not have a child then you will contact a Maulvi of Ajmer and you will be guaranteed to have a child. Police are now investigating this angle and the connection of the Maulvi.

3. 37 Islamic audio clips and apps found on mobile   

In the forensic investigation, 37 audio clips related to Islam were found from the victim’s phone. Apart from this, many YouTube links and 4 apps related to Muslim religion were also installed. Police say that all these apps were installed on the phone only at the behest of Danish and Nida.

4. Office café became a den of conspiracy   

Tausif Attar confessed that the cafe located on the 7th floor of the TCS building was the center of the entire conspiracy. Danish, Nida and Tausif would often sit here and plan the conversion of the victim. The café was not being used only for eating and drinking.

5. Pressure to fast during Ramadan   

According to the charge sheet, mental pressure was exerted on the victim during Ramzan of 2025. Danish and Tausif asked him to fast for 30 days. Nida used to tell the dates of Ramzan, while Danish used to decide the time of Sehri and Iftar.

Statements of 106 witnesses recorded   

It is noteworthy that the police charge sheet includes the statements of 106 people including the complainant, his mother, TCS employees, management, POSH committee members and investigating officers. Maharashtra government had constituted SIT after the complaint of women employees.

TCS has said that the company’s policy is strict against harassment and coercion and the employees involved in the Nashik office have been suspended. The investigation of the case is still going on and the police is also investigating other aspects including the Ajmer connection.
