Strict scrutiny in recruitment examination, 28 lakh candidates will appear for 32 thousand posts.

Strict security arrangements have been made across the state regarding the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination. Candidates are being thoroughly checked at the examination centers so that any kind of cheating or irregularity can be prevented. During this period, at many centres, women candidates’ shoes were untied, chains and other jewelery were removed, while at some places, spectacles and other items were also checked separately.

Long queues of candidates were seen outside the examination centers since morning. Security personnel carefully examined each candidate before entry. Even the beard of the male candidates was checked so that no electronic device or suspicious material could be brought secretly. Special monitoring system has been implemented to keep the examination process completely fair and transparent.

Tremendous enthusiasm is being seen among the youth for this recruitment examination conducted in Uttar Pradesh. About 28 lakh candidates are appearing in the examination for recruitment to about 32 thousand posts. It is considered to be one of the biggest recruitment examinations in the state, due to which huge crowd was seen in the examination centers and surrounding areas.

Admit cards, identity cards and other documents of the candidates were verified before entry at the examination centres. Systems like biometric verification and face recognition were also used at many places. Officials say that all necessary steps have been taken to prevent any kind of disturbance.

Female candidates had to go through a special screening process. Under security rules, in view of the possibility of electronic devices hidden in the hair, the hair was opened and checked at many centres. Similarly, metal chains, bracelets, watches and other items were also not allowed inside the examination centre. This definitely caused inconvenience to some candidates, but most of them considered it necessary for the fairness of the examination.

Due to the arrival of a large number of candidates, special arrangements were made at railway stations, bus stands and major cities. Many candidates had reached their center cities a day before the examination. The administration has also made extensive arrangements regarding facilities like transport, security and drinking water.

Police and administrative officials say that there will be no negligence at any level to make the recruitment process completely transparent. CCTV surveillance, deployment of flying squads and appointment of special invigilators have been done at the examination centres. Additional security forces have also been deployed at sensitive centres.

This recruitment examination is a big opportunity for lakhs of youth to get a government job. Many candidates have been preparing for it for years and consider this exam as an important stage of their career. In such a situation, along with the excitement about the examination, pressure is also clearly visible.

At present, efforts are on to conduct the examinations peacefully across the state. The administration claims that every possible step has been taken to ensure fair examination, so that eligible candidates can be selected in a transparent manner.
