पत्ञंजली Civil Service Academy started in Haridwar, announcement of new training model led by Andhra Pradesh
With the inauguration of the Civil Services Academy, the organization has announced a new training model for the Civil Services aspirants. The academy will integrate Indian learning, modern administrative education and yoga-based personality development. In its management, academician Aand Ojha will play an important role and students will get the opportunity for integrated preparation.
The पटञ्जली Civil Service Academy, started at the पत्ञोजली विविदियाद्य campus located in Haridwar, is being seen as a special educational initiative. The organization claims that here civil service candidates will be provided integrated training going beyond the traditional coaching model. The curriculum of the Academy has been prepared in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) and the Indian Knowledge System (IKS).
In this training model, emphasis will be given on establishing a balance between Indian cultural tradition and modern scientific approach. According to the Academy, for success in administrative service, mere subject knowledge is not enough, but broad perspective and social awareness is also required. For this purpose, special importance will be given to developing students’ thinking ability, leadership skills and sensitivity towards public interest.
The academy will implement the “three-learning” model, combining spiritual knowledge, administrative excellence and academic rigor. Yoga guru Swami Ramdev says, for administrative officers, educational qualification is as important as strong character and moral values.
Based on this concept, yoga, pranayam and prayer will be included in the daily routine of the students. The aim of the organization is to strengthen the mental and physical development of the students, so that they are able to take balanced decisions even in difficult situations. According to the Academy, self-confidence, discipline and positive attitude are essential to effectively discharge administrative responsibilities.
Avadh Ojha, a well-known teacher and civil service consultant of the country, will take over the responsibility of academic leadership of the academy. He said that the aim of the institute is not just to provide information but also to develop the judgment and analytical abilities of the students. In the initial phase he will conduct special sessions on historical and motivational topics.
According to the information of the academy, experienced teachers from Delhi and other major educational centers of the country will also be associated with the teaching process. Students will also be provided with career counselling, information related to alternative professional opportunities and additional academic support for competitive exams.
The institute has also announced scholarships for meritorious students and special awards for excellent results. With modern teaching facilities, residential arrangements and sports infrastructure, this academy aims to serve as a center for civil services preparation in the coming years.
