Owaisi makes noise about UP elections, mentions alliance with Babu Singh Kushwaha

UP Election 2027 : All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief and Lok Sabha MP from Hyderabad, Asaduddin Owaisi, has talked about his strategy for the 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Owaisi also mentioned Samajwadi Party MP Babu Singh Kushwaha, who is MP from Jaunpur.

In an interview given to the media, Owaisi said that his party has paid attention to the mistakes and shortcomings of the last time and now the preparations for the elections in UP have been intensified, he said that the party leader Shaukat Ali and the entire team is working for the elections.

AIMIM ready for alliance

Owaisi said that if any alliance is formed to stop BJP from coming to power again, then he is ready for it. He said that AIMIM will try to ensure that the party’s candidates reach the assembly after winning.

On the question related to distribution of Muslim votes, Owaisi said that it is not just an issue of vote distribution. Giving the example of Bihar, he said that his party had talked about alliance, but it was ignored.

Shaukat Ali made candidate from Matera

He said that he is often accused of contesting elections, but he has no problem with the alliance. Owaisi said that last time his party had formed an alliance with Babu Singh Kushwaha, who is now a Samajwadi Party MP.

Let us tell you that on June 14, Owaisi had announced preparations for the UP assembly elections by holding a meeting in Matera, Bahraich. During this time, he had also declared Shaukat Ali as the party candidate from Matera seat.
