‘Heated Rivalry’ star François Arnaud lands role in Hulu’s ‘Count My Lies’

Heated Rivalry star François Arnaud has been added to the cast of Hulu’s upcoming limited series Count My Lies, taking on a recurring role, as per Deadline.

The 40-year-old Canadian actor is expected to work closely with Lindsay Lohan’s character Violet, playing her friend Danny in the series.

In Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger’s Count My LiesSloane (Shailene Woodley), a compulsive liar, lies her way into a nanny position for Violet (Lindsay Lohan) and Jay Lockhart (Kit Harington), seemingly landing her ideal job.

Unaware of what awaits her, Sloane enters a household brimming with secrets ready to erupt, setting off consequences that could prove catastrophic for all.

The series also stars Katherine LaNasa, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Sophia Bush.

Adapted from Sophie Stava’s debut novel, the series is written by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, who executive produce via The Walk-Up Company and also serve as showrunners.

Executive producers on the series include Lindsay Lohan, Shailene Woodley, and Scott Morgan of The Walk-Up Company, with Sophie Stava serving as producer. The project is backed by 20th Television, a part of Disney Television Studios, where Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger are under an overall deal.
