The script of break in SP ready? OP Rajbhar told who will rebel in the party

In the politics of Uttar Pradesh, discussions have once again intensified regarding a possible split within the Samajwadi Party (SP). The reason for this is Cabinet Minister in the state government, National President of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (Subhaspa) and NDA ally Omprakash Rajbhar, who is continuously predicting major political developments in SP.

Rajbhar has once again claimed that dissatisfaction is increasing within the Samajwadi Party and soon its effect will be visible publicly. Not only this, he also said that the alleged rebellion in the party will be led by a leader from the district known as the ‘rebel land’ of Uttar Pradesh.

What did OP Rajbhar write on social media?

In his long post on social media, Rajbhar wrote that he is constantly being asked the question whether the Samajwadi Party is going to disintegrate. In response to this, he claimed that the group of rebel SP MPs would be led by a Lal from the ‘rebel land’ of Uttar Pradesh. Rajbhar said that a leader of ‘Rebel Ballia’ has been deeply hurt by the alleged insult to the Brahmin community during a conference organized in the SP office recently. According to him, the plan to create discontent in the party already existed, but this incident has added fuel to the fire. He bluntly said that there will be disintegration in Samajwadi Party.

OP Rajbhar wrote, “Since yesterday everyone has been asking what is going to break in SP? So listen! The group of rebel MPs of SP will be led by a Lal from the ‘rebel land’ of Uttar Pradesh. And why not? The way Brahmins were despised in the name of the conference in the SP office yesterday, the Lal of ‘rebel Ballia’ is very hurt.”

He further wrote, “The plan was already there but yesterday’s incident has added fuel to the fire. It will remain broken. The way the entire Saifai family got involved in abusing and clarifying me on one of my reactions, it is better that Akhilesh Babu should leave Twitter, such other PC based leadership and now start the Save MP campaign and go to the homes of sad and disappointed MPs and apologize to them.”

In his statement, Rajbhar also targeted Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav. He said that after one of his reactions, the entire “Saifai family” gathered around him and tried to clarify. Rajbhar sarcastically said that instead of doing politics of social media and press conferences, Akhilesh Yadav should now start “Save Parliamentarian Campaign”. He suggested that the SP chief should go to the homes of his angry and disappointed MPs and apologize to them.

How did Samajwadi Party react?

Earlier, there was an immediate reaction from the Samajwadi Party on Rajbhar’s statement. Akhilesh Yadav, while replying through social media, said that those making predictions should first focus on their party and their political future. Targeting the BJP and its allies, he asked how many seats the BJP is going to give to its allies – 75, 50 or just an assurance? Akhilesh alleged that confusion is being deliberately spread about the seats and the market of rumors is being heated regarding coalition politics.

The SP chief also said in his reply that some leaders have already made tall claims regarding seats in the alliance and now the situation has come to give account of those claims. He indirectly tried to indicate that BJP and its allies are not clear about their own political equations.

This is how OP responded to Akhilesh?

However, after Akhilesh Yadav’s reaction, Omprakash Rajbhar did not appear to be backing down. He further intensified his attack through another social media post. Rajbhar said that earlier he thought that Akhilesh Yadav was very politically intelligent, but now his opinion has changed. He claimed that there are people within the Samajwadi Party who are engaged in weakening the leadership.

Without naming anyone, Rajbhar hinted that the internal equations of the party are changing rapidly and many shocking political developments may emerge in the coming times. He also said that he is continuously giving warnings, but his words are not being taken seriously. He also challenged his political opponents and said that when the time comes, he will reveal many more political stories.

Did you mention the note in lieu of vote issue?

To give more edge to his attacks, Rajbhar also mentioned the famous ‘note for vote’ case of 2008. He alleged that many types of political games were played at that time in the name of protecting democracy. Although he did not make public any new facts or documents in support of his allegations, but by raising this issue he tried to put political pressure on the opposition parties.

Meanwhile, the statement of Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has also increased the temperature of the state’s politics. While talking to the media in Kanpur, Maurya claimed that there are 25 to 26 MPs of Samajwadi Party who are currently in a position to change the party or adopt a different path. He said that there is dissatisfaction among many MPs and its impact may be visible in time.

In his statement, Keshav Prasad Maurya also gave the example of the split in Trinamool Congress in West Bengal and Shiv Sena in Maharashtra. He said that just as political divisions were seen in other parties, similar situation may arise in the Samajwadi Party in the future. However, he also clarified that at present BJP is not making any attempt to break the Samajwadi Party.
