Iranian Foreign Ministry’s statement: Immediately after Trump’s announcement, the Iranian government also officially announced the finalization of the peace agreement. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei told state media organization IRIB, "It was previously agreed that the Iran-US Memorandum of Understanding would be signed digitally. Now after the successful completion of the digital signing process by both the parties, this peace agreement has officially become a global law."
Changed schedule of Geneva Summit: The accelerated process of this digital signature means that the grand and formal signing ceremony to be held in Geneva, Switzerland on Friday (June 19) is no longer a technical requirement.
