Venkat Prabhu last made The Greatest of All Time (GOAT) with Vijay in 2024. Since then, the filmmaker has openly revealed his plans to make a film with Sivakarthikeyan. Officially titled SK26the film came after the actor’s hit outing with Warning. The duo had even travelled to Los Angeles for pre-production to undergo high-end digital scanning for the film, touted to be an ambitious sci-fi film. However, the film has been delayed owing to the scale of the project.
Amidst this, Venkat Prabhu is looking at making a quick project before heading back to working on the Sivakarthikeyan movie. According to reports, Jai and Shiva have been roped in for the film which is expected to be a comedy entertainer akin to their previous hits Chennai 600028 (2007), Saroja (2008) and Goa (2010).
