Zayn Malik’s new face tattoo left fans with mixed emotions: ‘Please no more face tats’

Zayn Malik has given fans their clearest look yet at a new facial tattoo sparking a wave of reactions across social media.

The former One Direction star shared a rare side-profile selfie ahead of his concert in Mexico City revealing fresh ink positioned near the corner of his right eye.

While some eagle-eyed fans had previously spotted the tattoo during recent appearances the new photo marks the first time Zayn has publicly showcased the design so clearly himself.

Explaining the symbolism behind the tattoo, one fan said, “Egyptian ankh symbol of life. Nice,” while another added “Ankh, the key of life… interesting.”

Not everyone was convinced by the latest addition however.

Some followers expressed concern about the singer getting more facial tattoos with one fan commenting, “Nooo. This one isn’t too bad but please no more face tats.”

Known for his extensive body art Zayn Malik has accumulated dozens of tattoos over the years many of which cover his arms, chest and neck.
