pH Levels and Health: Benefits of a Balanced Diet
Importance of pH level
(Health Corner) :- The pH scale is used in science to measure the sour or pungent characteristic of a substance. This scale ranges from 1 to 14, with a level between 7.34 and 7.42 considered neutral. Levels from 1 to 7 are acidic and levels from 7 to 14 are alkaline. If the pH level falls below 7.42, it is called acidic, while if it goes above 7.34, it is alkaline. These imbalances can lead to infections and other health problems in the body.
