Materials:

- Peas
- Red chillies
- Turmeric
- Chaat masala
- Black pepper powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander

Action:
- To make poha cheese tikki first, take poha in a bowl and rinse it two to three times and then soak it in water for 5 minutes and drain the water immediately.
- Then mash the boiled potatoes, carrots, peas in a bowl. Add poha to the mashed mixture and mix.
- After mixing, add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala and ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and mix.
- Finally add coriander and mix the mixture well. Then make small tikkis of the prepared mixture and add small pieces of cheese to it.
- Fry or deep fry the prepared tikki with semolina and oil in a kadai.
- Poha cheese tikki made in easy way is ready.
