Patna. There is news of great relief for the youth preparing for government jobs in Bihar. Preparations have started to fill the posts on a large scale in the Minority Welfare Department of the state. The process of appointment to 1076 posts is being taken forward by the department. This will provide new employment opportunities to the youth, while departmental work will also be better than before.
The state government is strengthening the system to take the schemes related to minority community to the grassroots level. In this series, officers will be appointed at the block level, which will make it easier for people to avail the benefits of the schemes.
Appointment will be made on these posts
The recruitment includes posts ranging from officers to clerical and other employees. In this, along with district level posts, block level posts will also be filled. The department has sent the proposal for the appointment process to the respective recruitment commissions. The total posts include posts like Minority Welfare Officer, Clerk and Hostel Manager. Maximum appointments are going to be made on the posts of Block Minority Welfare Officer and Clerk.
Facilities will also increase in education sector
The facility of residential schools for minority students is also being increased. The work of construction of new residential schools is going on at a fast pace in the state, so that the students can get a better environment for studies. Apart from this, the facility of smart class is also being started in madrassas to promote digital education. This will give students an opportunity to study in a modern way.
The department’s system will reach every block
Till now people had to depend on district level offices for many works. But after the deployment of officers at the block level, the problems at the local level will be resolved quickly. This will improve monitoring of government schemes and help in extending the benefits of the schemes to the eligible people.
