Iulia Vantur Calls Salman Khan’s Dad Salim Khan A ‘Pillar’ In Her Life

Mumbai: Salman Khan’s close friend, actor-singer Iulia Vantur shared a heartfelt message for the former’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, on Father’s Day, describing him as a “pillar” in her life.

Accompanied by warm family moments, her emotional tribute highlighted the close bond she shares with Salman’s father.

Sharing a carousel of pictures with her own father and Salman’s dad, Iulia wrote: “Happy Father’s day! To My dad who raised me and to the one who watched me grow. Both pillars in my life. I love u. Today is also #musicday and #yogaday and i ve realised that they are all interconnected. Music, yoga/spirituality. The love fr music I’ve got from my dad and it continued to grow in India. The wisdom, the dept, the stillness of yoga I ve understood having the father figure in my life. Blessed and grateful. #fathersday #music #yoga.”

Among the memories featured in the carousel was a video of Iulia singing the iconic track ‘Teri Meri Prem Kahani’ from Salman’s hit film ‘Bodyguard’ during a visit to Vatican City, with the Pope visible in the background.

In her note, Iulia credited her father for nurturing her love for music from a young age and reflected on how that passion only deepened after she moved to India.

This isn’t the first time Iulia has publicly expressed her affection for Salman’s family.

Earlier this year, on Mother’s Day, she shared a series of pictures featuring Salman’s parents — Salim, Salma and Helen — alongside photos of her own mother.

The post offered a glimpse into the close bond she shares with the Khan family.

“Happy Mother’s Day! I m so grateful and lucky to be blessed with their love, with their warm, loving and protective hand holding mine, no matter what. I love u,” she wrote along with the pictures.

“Happy mother’s day to all the amazing women who’ve been there for mine like a mother does. Happy mother’s day to u Woman!” she added.
