Iran War Deaths: More Indians died in Iran war than Israel and America, fear among Indian workers

Iran War Deaths More Indians Killed Than US Or Israel: This fierce war going on between Iran-America-Israel has created a lot of trouble for the expatriates working in Gulf countries. Many prominent Iranian leaders have been murdered so far in this destructive war that started on February 28.

The most shocking thing in this war is that more Indian citizens have lost their lives in it than America and Israel. Due to these missile attacks taking place in the area from Qatar to Oman, there is an atmosphere of great fear among the millions of Indian workers present there.

According to recent reports, 12 Indian laborers had a tragic death in a major attack in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Apart from this, six other Indian citizens have also lost their lives in Hormuz, out of which three deaths occurred during an American attack.

Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had expressed his strong displeasure over these deaths by calling the US Secretary of State. In view of this dire form of war, the Indian government seems to be very alert and concerned about the safety of its citizens.

Number of Indians in Gulf countries

The number of Indians working in Iran and these countries of the Middle East is very high due to which the danger is also the highest. According to official figures, 27 lakh Indian expatriates currently work in Saudi Arabia and 43 lakh in UAE.

Similarly, 10 lakh Indian citizens in Kuwait and more than 8 lakh Indian citizens in Qatar live there for their livelihood. A large number of Indians also work at the Ras Laffan gas plant in Qatar which was recently attacked.

Ships and workers stranded in Hormuz

Most of the workers working on the merchant ships that are stuck due to this fierce war in the Strait of Hormuz are Indians. According to recent and latest data, more than 18 thousand Indian workers are completely stranded on 550 ships stranded in Hormuz.

If there is any major military attack on these ships in the coming days, the death toll of Indians may increase significantly. This is why the Indian government is continuously trying its best to stop this war and restore peace through diplomatic channels.

Iran’s top leaders assassinated

In this dangerous war, many top leaders and military commanders of Iran have been targeted and eliminated with great precision. The assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been one of the biggest and shocking incidents of this horrific war.

Along with this, Islamic Revolutionary Guard chief Mohammad Pakpur and Supreme Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani have also been killed. Due to this leadership crisis, instability in the Gulf region has deepened and there is every possibility of further outbreak of war.

Diplomatic tension between India and America has increased slightly after the death of Indian citizens in the attacks carried out by America. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has made it clear that the loss of lives of innocent Indians in any war will not be tolerated at all.

India has been continuously demanding the Gulf countries and all warring parties to take strict steps to ensure the safety of their citizens. If this war does not stop in the coming time, India may have to conduct a huge rescue operation to evacuate its citizens.
