Varanasi: Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Akash Deep started his new innings on Wednesday by taking seven rounds with his life partner Akshita in Varanasi. The wedding ceremony held at a prestigious hotel in Kashi was attended by family, relatives and close guests. Wedding photos and videos are becoming increasingly popular on social media.

Akash Deep was seen in full enthusiasm in the wedding procession. They danced vigorously with friends and relatives to the tunes of the band and DJ. The atmosphere of the wedding procession was completely festive and the guests were also seen engrossed in the celebration.
Wedding mandap decorated on Shiv temple theme
The wedding venue was specially decorated on the theme of Shiva temple. Amidst the traditional customs, the learned pundits of Kashi performed the marriage rites. After the Dwar Puja, Akshita garlanded the sky lamp and both of them took seven rounds amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras.

More than 300 guests attended the wedding
More than 300 guests attended the ceremony. Keeping security and arrangements in mind, QR code based arrangements were made for entry into the hotel. Guests were allowed inside only after scanning the code.
Menu and preparations attracted attention
Along with Banarasi cuisine, many international dishes were also served to the guests at the wedding ceremony. The grandeur of the event can be gauged from the fact that an expert team was called from Delhi for special make-up and preparations of the bride and groom.
