Now Pakistan surrenders in hockey, Team India crushes FIH Pro League 7-1
The Indian hockey team has defeated arch-rival Pakistan 7-1 in the FIH Pro League. In this high-voltage match played in London on Friday (26 June), the Indian team fell behind by one goal. After this, Team India made a strong comeback and stunned Pakistan by scoring goals.
Sukhjit Singh (20th minute), Harmanpreet Singh (26th minute), Hardik Singh (34th minute), Jugraj Singh, Abhishek (41st minute), Rajkumar Pal (44th minute) and Dilpreet Singh (54th minute) scored goals for India. The only goal for Pakistan was scored by Abu Mahmood (13th minute).

India lost three penalty corners in the first quarter
The Indian team, which came on the field just 24 hours after its defeat in the penalty shootout against England, missed three penalty corners in the first quarter. Pakistan took advantage of this and gained the lead. In the 13th minute, Pakistani captain Abu Mahmood made an excellent drag-flick at the penalty corner to put the team ahead 1-0. However, this happiness of Pakistan did not last long.
India made a strong comeback in the second quarter. Sukhjit Singh equalized at the penalty corner. A few minutes later, captain Harmanpreet converted the penalty corner and gave India the lead.

India scored 4 goals in the third quarter
India further strengthened the lead in the third quarter. Hardik Singh scored the goal on the penalty stroke in the 34th minute. After this, Jugraj Singh scored India’s fourth goal in the counter-attack after Pakistan’s penalty corner failed. In the 41st minute, Abhishek scored with a brilliant reverse hit. In the 44th minute, after consecutive penalty corners, Rajkumar Pal scored on the rebound to put India ahead 6-1. After conceding four goals in just 15 minutes, Pakistan team dispersed. The last goal of the match was scored by Dilpreet Singh in the 54th minute.
