The main gate which was earlier saffron, is now completely painted green.
A final ultimatum has been given till June 29 to vacate the existing bungalow at 10 Circular Road. The Building Construction Department has given a clear warning that administrative action will be taken if the deadline is over.

Modification work continues
Sources in the building construction department said that the Samrat government is modifying the bungalow as per the demand of Rabri Devi. RJD’s election symbol is lantern and the color of party workers’ pots is green. Keeping this in mind, the walls of the new bungalow are being decorated with green stripes on a white background. The painting work of the bungalow is in the final stages. Green paint has been applied on the boundary wall and main gate. An official of the department said, ‘Making the bungalow habitable as per the convenience of the beneficiary is a routine process. There is no politics in this.
only 3 days time
Rabri Devi has been living in a government bungalow located at 10 Circular Road for the last 18 years. This bungalow is adjacent to the Chief Minister’s residence and is considered very important from security point of view. After the formation of the Emperor government, the efforts to vacate this bungalow had intensified. Rabri Devi had sought one month’s time from the government for shifting, which is about to be completed now. On June 20, the Building Construction Department issued a final notice asking to vacate the bungalow by June 29. It is written in the notice that after this the bungalow will be considered in the possession of the government and if necessary it will be vacated by force.
House found in Tej Pratap Yadav’s neighborhood
The bungalow at 39 Hardinge Road allotted to Rabri Devi is just 200 meters away from 3rd Street Road, the official residence of her elder son Tej Pratap Yadav. Lalu family had preferred this bungalow for security reasons. The work of electrical fitting and furniture shifting is going on at a fast pace in the new bungalow.
RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said, ‘The government is working with a spirit of revenge. Rabri ji has been the CM of Bihar, she is 75 years old. It is shameful to disturb them. Green color is for farmers and poor. Why is BJP feeling pain due to removal of saffron?

What did JDU say?
JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar retorted, eviction is a routine process. Rabri ji has been given a new bungalow as per the rules. Politics on color is useless. The government is not targeting anyone. The work on the new bungalow is almost complete. It is believed that Rabri Devi will enter her house at 39 Harding Road on June 28 itself. If 10 Circular Road is not vacated by June 29, the building construction department can break the lock and take out the goods. At present, the color of the bungalow remains the biggest political issue in Patna. This exercise of removing saffron and replacing it with green and white is being seen as the beginning of changing the equations of power.
