After this the police took the accused into custody and interrogated him. Police claim that during interrogation he admitted to targeting the procession.
4. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 109, 110 and 123 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). These include sections like poisoning, attempt to murder and serious criminal conspiracy.
