Jio Studios and Colour Yellow Productions are bringing Chauhaan to the big screen, with Ajay Devgn leading the action drama, which is set to release on October 1, 2027.
The title reveal for Chauhaan carried a special significance, as the announcement was made on the birth anniversary of Ajay’s late father, legendary action director Veeru Devgan.
Featuring the popular song “Jumma Chumma De De,” the announcement video ended on a high note with the bold dialogue, “Pathaanon se kehna, Chauhaan aa raha hai.”
The 57-year-old Indian actor is teaming up with Aanand L Rai for the first time with Chauhaan, which is backed by Jio Studios as both presenter and producer.
Chauhaan is directed by Neeraj Yadav and produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aanand L Rai, and Himanshu Sharma under Jio Studios and Colour Yellow Productions.
Fans reacted to the announcement on social media with one saying, “OG Action Hero Back.”
