Ketan Agarwal Murder Case: Ketan Agarwal Murder Case is in the headlines these days. New updates are coming out in the case every day. Lonavala Rural Police on Sunday seized a bike of accused Chetan Chaudhary in the case. This action has been taken in connection with the Ketan Aggarwal murder case.

Awaiting forensic report

According to the police, the accused Chetan had gone from Pune to Lohagarh Fort on this bike. Apart from the vehicle, the police have also recovered the hoodie and headphones that he was wearing on the day of the murder. Lonavala Police has clarified that forensic examination of the seized bike and the clothes worn by the accused on the day of the incident has been done. Awaiting the forensic report.

Police interrogated Siya’s parents

Earlier, main accused Siya Goyal’s mother Pooja Goyal and father Praveen Goyal were called to Lonavala police station for questioning. The police also interrogated both of them.

Ketan was murdered on June 18

Actually, on June 18, Ketan Aggarwal died after falling from Lohagarh Fort near Pune. Initially the police considered it an accidental death but when the investigation started, the case took a complete turn as it turned out to be a murder and not an accident. The police have arrested the accused fiance Siya Goyal and her lover in the case. He is being interrogated. Both were arrested on 23 June and were sent to police custody till 29 June.

Approval to set up fast track court

Maharashtra government has approved setting up a fast track court in the case. The big update in the case is that senior lawyer and Rajya Sabha MP Ujjwal Nikam will represent Ketan Aggarwal in this case. The special thing is that Ujjwal Nikam is the person who got Kasab hanged.

Action will be taken soon against the accused- CM

Ujjwal Nikam has been handed over the command of the case at a time when Ketan’s father met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He demanded speedy justice in the case. The CM has assured the family that strictest action will be taken against the accused soon. The case will be heard in the fast track court.

Ketan-Siya’s marriage was to take place in July

The special thing is that Ketan and Siya were going to tie the sacred knot of marriage in July. The families of both were busy preparing for the wedding. On Sia’s birthday, Ketan had given her a lot of surprises, the videos of which are also going viral on social media. During interrogation, Siya confessed that she did not want to marry Ketan.
