Rohit Shetty Receives Death Threat: Once again a case of famous Bollywood director Rohit Shetty receiving death threats has come to light. According to reports, an audio clip has been sent to his staff and a ransom of Rs 20 crore has been demanded. The threat states that there will be serious consequences if the money is not paid. After the incident, the police has started investigation.

What is the whole matter?
According to the information, on Saturday morning, Rohit Shetty’s staff received an audio clip of about 90 seconds. In this, a ransom of Rs 20 crore was allegedly demanded and a threat was made to target Rohit Shetty if the money was not paid. As soon as information about the matter was received, Rohit Shetty’s team contacted Mumbai Police and lodged a complaint.

The audio is said to be related to Lawrence gang.
According to reports, the police suspect that the voice heard in the audio clip could be that of Shubham Lonkar, a wanted accused associated with the Lawrence gang. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet. Police have sent the audio clip for forensic examination and investigation into the entire matter is ongoing.

There was an attack four months ago also
Earlier in late January, there was firing outside Rohit Shetty’s house in Juhu. The Lawrence Gang had allegedly taken responsibility for this attack. The police took action in the case and arrested many accused.
