Material

Rice flour-1 cup
Gram flour-½ cup
Corn flour-2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-½ tsp
Turmeric-½ tsp
Chaat masala-1 tsp
Black pepper powder-½ tsp
salt-as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon
water as per need
oil for frying

Method

  1. First of all, mix rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, salt and all dry spices well in a big vessel.
  2. Now add one tablespoon of oil in it and gradually adding water, knead a hard but soft dough.
    Keep the dough covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. After this, make small balls of dough and prepare them in the shape of thin and long strips or crisps. If you want, you can also use sev making machine.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan. After the oil is well heated, keep the flame medium and fry the prepared Kurkures until they become golden and crispy. After frying, take them out on tissue paper, so that excess oil gets removed.
  5. When the Kurkures cool down completely, sprinkle chaat masala, some red chilli powder and seasoning of your choice on them and mix well. This will make them taste even more delicious.
