In Pilibhit, CM Yogi gave a big gift to the displaced families, said – SP-Congress never worried about the deprived.

Pilibhit. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a big gift to Pilibhit on Monday. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today inaugurated/laid the foundation stone of various development projects costing more than ₹569 crore in Barkheda and Bisalpur assembly constituencies of Pilibhit. During this, Union Minister of State Jitin Prasad and other leaders were present.

On this occasion, land and citizenship certificates were also distributed to the families displaced from ‘East Pakistan’ and checks and certificates were also distributed to the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes. The Chief Minister said, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the double engine government is working with double speed and full commitment for the all-round upliftment of every section of the society including villages, poor, farmers, youth and mother power.

The Chief Minister said, I heartily congratulate and best wishes all the families of Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh communities who came from Bangladesh after being persecuted about 55-56 years ago and have today received the benefit of rehabilitation and Indian citizenship in Pilibhit district as per the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said that after getting the citizenship certificate, now no one can remove these families from here. The Chief Minister said that work is being done at a rapid pace on development, law and order, health, tourism and infrastructure in the state. He said that the double engine government is working with full commitment in the interest of the poor, farmers, women and youth.

Taking aim at SP and Congress, the Chief Minister said that these parties ruled for years, but never cared about the oppressed Hindu families, the poor, Dalits and the underprivileged who came from Bangladesh. He alleged that the politics of these parties was limited to appeasement only, while the BJP government was working for all sections.

Also said, our commitment is towards the safety and well-being of the poor, youth, sisters-daughters, traders and Annadata farmers. We cannot have any commitment towards any goon or mafia. We will neither give them protection nor allow anyone to do so. By connecting with the process of development, Pilibhit district is establishing itself as a new hub of eco-tourism.
