How to make street food cheese masala pav delicious?

Ingredients to make Cheese Masala Pav
2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp crushed/paste ginger-garlic, 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, 2-3 finely chopped green chillies, 1 capsicum, turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2-3 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup water, 2 large spoon schezwan sauce, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh coriander, butter, red chilli powder, fresh coriander, pav, cheese
How to make Cheese Masala Pav
Step 1: To make Cheese Masala Pav, first of all, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon oil and add finely chopped onion. When the onion becomes golden, add finely chopped ginger and garlic to it. You can also use paste.
Second Step: Now add dry fenugreek leaves, finely chopped green chillies and 1 capsicum and cook well. When capsicum is cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, salt, schezwan sauce and finely chopped tomatoes and mix well. Keep in mind that the tomatoes should become completely soft. When the spices mix well and the tomatoes become soft, turn off the gas.
Step 3: Now open the pav from both the sides and apply butter on a pan from the inside and bake it well. Now put the vegetable mixture inside the pav and then add mozzarella cheese and butter on top. Now close the pav and cook it well from both the sides.
Fourth Step: When the cheese starts melting and coming out, turn off the gas and sprinkle lemon juice and finely chopped green coriander on it. Your cheese masala pav is ready. Serve it hot.
